The specific objectives of this workshop were:
1) To explain the process of how an example model (acute fish toxicity model provided by partner LJMU) is implemented in the prediction system of the iPiEsys alpha version.
2) To learn which kind of models each partner is willing to contribute and identify common technical needs on building and integrating the models into iPiEsys.
3) To train the model developers to employ eTOXlab, a tool adopted from the eTOX project, to develop QSAR models based on physicochemical properties (calculated by CORINA Symphony) and to upload the models to the iPiEsys.
A hands-on eTOXlab exercise session helped to get the model developers familiar with the functionalities of this tool to support the preparation of each of their models as an executable software or web service to be plugged into the iPiEsys.[/vc_column_text][vc_raw_html el_class=”back”]JTNDYSUyMGhyZWYlM0QlMjJodHRwJTNBJTJGJTJGaS1waWUub3JnJTJGbmV3cyUyRiUyMiUyMHN0eWxlJTNEJTIydGV4dC1kZWNvcmF0aW9uJTNBbm9uZSUzQmNvbG9yJTNBJTIzMzM4ZGNjJTNCdGV4dC1hbGlnbiUzQXJpZ2h0JTNCbWFyZ2luLXRvcCUzQTEwcHglM0IlMjIlM0UlM0NpJTIwY2xhc3MlM0QlMjJmYSUyMGZhLXJlcGx5JTIyJTIwYXJpYS1oaWRkZW4lM0QlMjJ0cnVlJTIyJTNFJTNDJTJGaSUzRSUyNm5ic3AlM0JCYWNrJTNDJTJGYSUzRQ==[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
